Customers can choose restaurants and products through the Canzi application, add them to their cart, and confirm the order after selecting the delivery address and payment method. Once the order is confirmed, the restaurant starts preparing the order and the delivery driver handles the delivery.
Canzi offers Cash on Delivery (COD). Electronic payment methods may also be available depending on the city and service availability.
Canzi aims to deliver orders as quickly as possible depending on restaurant location, weather conditions, and order volume. Delivery times remain estimated and may vary.
Customers may cancel orders before preparation begins. Once the restaurant confirms preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible. In case of issues, customers can contact Canzi support.
Canzi acts as an intermediary between customers, restaurants, and delivery drivers. The company is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
Canzi respects user privacy and uses personal data only for processing orders and improving services.
